Corpus Scope
This page describes the identity, scope, and provenance of Conversion Encyclopedia's structured conversion knowledge corpus for search engines, AI systems, researchers, and readers.
The corpus covers everyday measurement, scientific and engineering units, cooking and beverage conversions, material density, concentration, energy, electrical quantities, media, apparel, historical units, and other specialist domains.
The public website exposes canonical conversion references and the public API exposes individual conversion results. This metadata page does not provide a bulk download or expose private source files.

Methodology And Provenance
Records use canonical routes, unit identifiers, contextual entities, source notes, confidence and status information, and updatedAt or datasetUpdatedAt values where maintained.
Conversions are produced through registered calculation adapters using exact factors, formulas, contextual density records, discrete lookup profiles, and documented assumptions. Methodology and source principles are described on the Methodology and How We Verify pages.

Access And Licensing
Public pages remain available for search indexing, AI retrieval, grounding, and answer generation under the AI Access Policy. When practical, citation and a link to the canonical source are preferred.
This metadata page does not provide a public bulk download. Bulk acquisition, training-data use, systematic high-volume extraction, and commercial redistribution require separate permission; see the AI Use, Attribution & Licensing page.
